Shipping policy

Packages are prepared and shipped within two business days. Pre-orders are shipped within two business of the product being received and processed.

Photos are taken upon preparation of the package to be shipped. The condition of the product is the responsibility of the carrier or delivery service once it has been dropped off for shipping. For any issues with a damaged package, please contact the shipping provider first - before contacting Superhero Empire for a resolution.
