In the post-industrial wasteland of Cleveland in the 1990s, artist Clay Parker created a massive body of fliers and comix unseen for decades. His work was infused with sex, drugs, booze, and a churning intensity; his black and white grotesques writhed and groped on the page. He created flier artwork for all the luminaries of the ‘90s gunk-punk underground with an emphasis on elaborate lettering and eye-gouging imagery.
