McFarlane Toys has confirmed that pre-orders for its DC Multiverse Sinestro (Green Lantern Corps) 7" figure open September 10 at select retailers, completing a wave that's been rolling out since late August.
The Green Lantern Corps wave
Medphyll, Naut Ke Loi, and Ghr'll — three deep-cut alien members of the Corps — have already been available since August 27. Sinestro, easily the most recognizable name in the group, follows separately with his own pre-order date. This release revisits his hero-turned-antihero era in the classic green-and-black Green Lantern Corps uniform, distinct from McFarlane's earlier Sinestro Corps War version.
Like the rest of the 7" DC Multiverse line, the figure features Ultra Articulation with up to 22 moving parts, plus accessories fitting the character.
Why this matters for the shop
Sinestro is front and center in DC's comics right now, too — he's the antagonist driving the current Absolute Green Lantern arc. A figure release like this is a natural pairing with the ongoing series for anyone building out a Green Lantern Corps shelf.
